the location is convenient with easy access to a nearby metro station. the rooftop pool is beautiful and well maintained. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
the bed was uncomfortable, it affected my sleep. soundproofing in the room was poor, i could hear a lot of noise. i think the hotel needs upgrades, some parts feel dated considering the price.

I found the free shuttle service convenient for getting to Kite Beach and the malls. My family enjoyed the spacious executive suite a lot. The breakfast area on the 24th floor had great food. All staff members were very nice.
The absence of certain amenities was a slight drawback! The room's mini-fridge was not as effective as expected.
